Melis Cohen
DESIGNER
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Melis has been an artist from a young age with a desire to work with her hands either painting, sculpting or designing. She has been in business designing jewelry and accessories for over 20 years and once connecting with David the shift into also designing homes was effortless.
Her focus on elegant, natural and organic finishes, along with a need to diversify her design style, allows the abillity to bring the warmth that is expected in DNP Homes.
David Purewal
OWNER / BUILDER
Owner and Founder of DNP Homes, David has over 27 years experience in custom builds and remodels. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, David began construction at the age of 18. He worked in marine construction for many years and with this stepping stone, he began constructing custom builds and remodels with a primary focus in framing and exterior finishes. He moved to Phoenix and began to develop and build with residential clients, as well as investors. In 2019, David began DNP Homes designing and building his own brand of organic Mediterranean Modern Homes with a new customized approach using hand crafted detail and design.
