  • Yes! We design homes either with existing plans or we do full architectural design. Please reach out to us with any inquiries.

  • We have our own in house architect and design team that we prefer to work with for ease in the process, however if you have your own architect or designer you want to use for the project it might be considered.

  • The timeline on a new build depends on location of property, if it is hillside or land, architectural design and the process of all city permits which could take up to a year. Once the building project begins and depending on the size it can take up to 1 1/2 years to complete.
